A quiet coastal cove, watched over by a kookaburra perched high in the gum tree — waratah, banksia, wattle and grasstree crowding the foreground, an echidna moving unhurried through the undergrowth below. Every detail drawn from the native landscape of the South Coast, how I see and feel it. Nostalgic, naive, folkish.

The original is painted in acrylics and oils on canvas (50 x 65cm).

This piece is printed by a small print studio on the NSW South Coast on 290gsm Hahnemühle cotton rag , using archival quality giclée printing. It has been professionally colour-matched to the original by the printer (her name is Sandra). The cloud-like texture of the paper, and the authenticity of colour, makes each print an artwork in its own right.

Made to order, signed and numbered by hand, personally posted by me — please allow up to two weeks for dispatch.
